I had to contact the help service twice. Each time i had a very quick answer and that is extremely appreciated.
Once my campaign was blocked however unblockd right after my request.
The first time the anwser was "logic" however didn't solve my problem. I still don't understand what is going on with the appeareance of the page on my computer screen, not letting me see all options, even though i am on full screen

I did not know how to correct email addresses on my contact list once they had been hard bounced.
I was excepting an email but instead they sent me a live step by step video of actually what I needed to do.
This was so helpful and means if anyone in my wider team needs help I can send them the video if they are not in the office to show. Fantastic service and the sendinblue is so easy to navigate through.

Had experience with SendinBlue. Actually, everything is great except that moment when you have to add the list of recipients. Cause it is after the design of your email, which is not useful. Also, I faced one problem and Support Team helped me within some hours, thanks!
